A vapor column distilled gin that contains no sweetening agents. A common ingredient in many cocktails.

A syrup made form combining kumquat juice with sugar and water. You can make it yourself, google it!
0.75 oz
The most common fruit juice used in cocktails. This citrus juice is about 6% acid; pure citric acid. Lemon juice should be used the day it is squeezed, some like it freshly squeezed and others like it a few hours old.

A popular brand of elderflower liqueur, made with wild elderflowers and based with Eau de vie; 20% ABV.

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled, St-Germain rinsed coupe. #shake #straight


“Kin Kan” is Japanese for kumquat. To make: add 6 oz. kumquat with 16 oz simple syrup to a pot and boil. Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Strain and chill.
