Water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved, creating a fizzy texture. We treat soda water, club soda, seltzer and sparkling water the same.

A syrup made form combining equal part lemon juice and sugar. You can make it yourself, google it!
Build the ingredients in a wine glass over ice and add a garnish of your choice. Common garnishes are an orange slice, lemon slice, olive, mint, fresh berries. #build #ontherocks
