An apricot flavored brandy liqueur, similar to peach liqueur.

A type of rum made from cane juice rather than cane molasses. Rhum agricole originated in the French Caribbean islands. The dark varieties have been aged in charred oak, lending their color to the rums.

A concentrated aromatic bitters made in Trinidad from water, ethanol, gentian and other herbs and spices; used in many classic cocktails like the Manhattan.
1 dash
A bitters made from Seville oranges, cardamom, caraway seed, coriander and burnt sugar.
1 peel
An orange colored citrus fruit. Many types of orange make an appearance in cocktails. The peel and juice are equally valuable to diverse cocktails.
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe. Express an orange peel over the drink and discard. #stir #straight
