1 oz
A Piedmontese Moscato wine base Italian amaro infused with cardoon (similar to artichoke) and blessed thistle; 17% ABV. It is aged for six months in new oak and can be substituted for vermouth or sherry in cocktails.
0.5 oz
A limited 'farm to bottle' amaro from Sicily, Italy. Produced from blood orange peels and herbs; 30% ABV.
2 dash
A citrus flavored bitters made with grapefruit. Try them in a Gin & Tonic.
4 oz
An Italian white wine that can be sparkling or still, the sparkling variety is often used in place of Champagne althought Prosecco is general a much sweeter sparkling wine.
1 peel
An orange colored citrus fruit. Many types of orange make an appearance in cocktails. The peel and juice are equally valuable to diverse cocktails.

Combine all, except Prosecco, and shake with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top off with Prosecco and garnish with an orange peel. #shake #ontherocks
