A fruit that grows on the vine of the passion flower, native to brazil. Used for its tart taste and crunchy seeds.

A milk-like coconut based liquid, made from reducing shredded coconut and water until it reaches a smooth and thick consistency. Used in many cocktails especially in conjunction with rum. You'll find this in a can. She put the lime in the coconut, she drank 'em bot' up.

A Brazilian spirit made form sugar cane juice (as opposed to cane molasses like rum), similar to rhum agricole. This is the unaged variety of Cachaça.

Cows milk where the water has been removed and a sweetener has been added. A very very thick and very very sweet heavy cream. Not the same as evaporated milk, which is the unsweetened version of sweetened condensed milk.

Aromatic plants used in cocktails as a garnish or muddled into the liquor to add a light fresh taste. Common in the Mint Julep.

Shake over ice, or add ingredients to a drink mixer tin with crushed ice. Flash blend and open pour with gated finish into a rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig. #shake #blend #ontherocks
