0.75 oz
An Italian amaro made with a family secret along with more than 30 herbs from different areas of the world: 28% ABV.

0.5 oz
The most common fruit juice used in cocktails. This citrus juice is about 6% acid; pure citric acid. Lemon juice should be used the day it is squeezed, some like it freshly squeezed and others like it a few hours old.
3 oz
A naturally sweetened and carbonated beverage. It can be bought with or without the addition of alcohol, but this depends on which country you live in.
1 wedge
A hybrid citrus fruit originating in Barbados as an accidental cross between two introduced species, sweet orange and pomelo. Like other citrus fruits the grapefruit is popular among cocktails for its peel and juice.

Combine mezcal, Lucano, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker tin. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top off with ginger beer. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge dusted with cayenne. #shake #ontherocks
