Also called Jenever, Dutch gin or Holland gin, this is the oldest type of gin and is still made in the Netherlands, France and Germany. It is mild flavored gin with slight juniper flavor and aroma. usually bottled around 30-35% ABV.

Also known as Vermouth di Torino, Italian vermouth, rosso and red vermouth; these vermouth have been sweetened with cane sugar or caramelized sugar, usually giving the vermouth 10-15% sugar and a slightly reddish brown color.

A sweet, aromatised wine-based quinquina. It is a blend of fortified wine, herbs, spices and quinine; 15% ABV.

An orange colored citrus fruit. Many types of orange make an appearance in cocktails. The peel and juice are equally valuable to diverse cocktails.

Stir all the ingredients with ice in a mixing glass, then strain into an old-fashioned glass over an ice ball. Squeeze an orange twist over the drink and top it in. #stir #ontherocks
