Rested (reposado) tequilas are aged at least 2 months in wooden containers often recycled from bourbon, cognac or wine production.

A light French quinquina aperitif wine produced from 85% Bordeaux semillon wines and 15% macerated liqueurs.

A French liqueur made by the Carthusian Monks since 1737 according to the instructions given to them by François Annibal d'Estrées in 1605. It is a distilled alcohol aged with 130 herbs, plants and flowers. The name derived from the monks' Grande Chartreuse monastery in the Chartreuse Mountains. Chartreuse is known to age and improve in the bottle. Green Chartreuse is the original high proof version; 55% ABV.
1 peel
A hybrid citrus fruit originating in Barbados as an accidental cross between two introduced species, sweet orange and pomelo. Like other citrus fruits the grapefruit is popular among cocktails for its peel and juice.

Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel. #shake #straight
