An Italian white wine that can be sparkling or still, the sparkling variety is often used in place of Champagne althought Prosecco is general a much sweeter sparkling wine.

An Italian aperitif made of bitter orange, gentian, rhubarb and cinchona with other ingredients. Usually 11% ABV.

Water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved, creating a fizzy texture. We treat soda water, club soda, seltzer and sparkling water the same.
1 wheel
An orange colored citrus fruit. Many types of orange make an appearance in cocktails. The peel and juice are equally valuable to diverse cocktails.

Pour Aperol and Prosecco into a glass over ice. Stir and top with a splash of club soda. #build #ontherocks


The drink originated in Venice while it was part of the Austrian Empire, and is based on the Austrian Spritzer, a combination of equal parts white wine and soda water; another idea is that the name of the drink would be linked to that of a typical Austrian wine in the region of the Wachau. - Wikipedia
