Jamaican Ten-Speed

1 oz
A distilled beverage composed primarily of water and ethanol, sometimes with traces of impurities and flavorings. It can be made from grain, potatoes, rice, beans, beets, fruit or even wood; 40% ABV.
0.75 oz
A bright green colored sweet melon liquer used in many cocktails (mainly for its color); 21% ABV.
0.25 oz
A sweet, banana flavored liqueur usually around 17-25% ABV.
0.25 oz
A coconut infused rum, commonly used in tropical drinks.
0.5 oz
A mixture of half cream and half milk, usually 10-18% milkfat, super common in the USA and not super common everywhere else (kinda like fahrenheit). Substitute in your contry with single cream, light and extra light cream. This is used as a foaming agent and for fat-washing in cocktails.

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. #shake #straight

This is one of those drinks that makes you think the bartender simply threw some ingredients together and it happens to work... It looks too sweet but it’s well balanced and worth recreating.
