A grapefruit flavored carbonated soda. Famously used in the Paloma cocktail and usually in Paloma riffs.
1.5 oz
A high proof, usually 151, (>57.5 ABV) unaged rum. Most producers are based in Jamaica, such as Wray & Nephew (W&N). This rum is usually reserved for mixed drinks and is a key ingredient in many classic cocktails.
1 wedge
Small, round, green citrus fruits. Commonly used in many cocktails for its rind or its acidic taste (6% acid total; 4% citric, 2% malic, some succinic acid).
Fill a tall glass with cracked or cubed ice. Add the rum and top with the soda. Squeeze a lime wedge and drop in. #build #ontherocks
