A bittersweet Italian amaro made from 13 herbs and plants, but predominantly artichoke (Cynara Scolymus). Drunk as an aperitif and digestif, it has an ABV of 16.5%.

A liquid produced from macerating vanilla pods in ethanol. To be considered 'pure' the solution must contain a minimum of 35% alcohol and 100g of vanilla beans per litre. One drop goes a long way.

Small, round, green citrus fruits. Commonly used in many cocktails for its rind or its acidic taste (6% acid total; 4% citric, 2% malic, some succinic acid).
Stir all, except the vanilla, in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a coupe and finish with a spray of the vanilla extract. Garnish with a lime peel twisted around a piece of cane sugar. #stir #straight
