Often used to rim a glass for cocktails or made into a solution to add to the liguid itself in order to balance the flavors. Table salt or common salt is a mineral composed primarily of sodium chloride (NaCl), a chemical compound belonging to the larger class of salts; salt in its natural form as a crystalline mineral is known as rock salt or halite.

Rim a single rocks glass with salt and fill it with ice. Stir all ingredients over ice until chilled. Strain into the rocks glass. #stir #ontherocks


A take on a smoky-spicy margarita from Jessica Gonzalez. To infuse the tequila: combine 5 diced medium jalapeños with 750ml of tequila for 15 minutes. Then strain. For a single drink: combine 1/8th of a jalapeño with 3/4oz (~22ml) of tequila for 15 minutes.
