A whiskey distilled from a grain mash that contains at least 51% rye, a grass and member of the wheat tribe 'Triticeae.'
1 oz
An Italian grappa based amaro, distilled with gentian, bitter orange and peppermint; 31% ABV.
3 dash
A fruit bitters with a strong sour cherry flavoring.
3 dash
A bitters made from Seville oranges, cardamom, caraway seed, coriander and burnt sugar.
2 dash
A gentian-base aromatic bitters similar to Angostura but with a lighter body, sweeter taste and more floral aroma. A common component of the Sazerac.
Combine and stir with ice in a mixing glass. Strain into a double old-fashioned glass over one large cube. #stir #ontherocks
