An Italian bitter aperitif made infusing herbs and fruits in alcohol and water. ABV ranges from 10% to 29% based on country.

A French liqueur made by the Carthusian Monks since 1737 according to the instructions given to them by François Annibal d'Estrées in 1605. It is a distilled alcohol aged with 130 herbs, plants and flowers. The name derived from the monks' Grande Chartreuse monastery in the Chartreuse Mountains. Chartreuse is known to age and improve in the bottle. Green Chartreuse is the original high proof version; 55% ABV.

An Italian amaro distilled from the Nonino family, known for their grappa, which sets up the base of this amaro; 35% ABV

A citrus juice used in many cocktails, both for its sweet and tart taste and its color. Orange juice, unlike lemon and lime, can be kept fresh for days. In a blind taste test, most people liked day-old orange juice.
1 peel
An orange colored citrus fruit. Many types of orange make an appearance in cocktails. The peel and juice are equally valuable to diverse cocktails.

Shake all ingredients with ice for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel. #shake #straight
