A fortified and aromatized wine made from Grigolino wine from Casina Tavjin in Piedmont, along with wormwood, gentian, and bitter orange peel.

Shortened from pétillant-naturel, this is a 'natural' sparkling wine produced with ancestrial methods. Carbonation happens naturally in the bottle from the fermenting yeasts. These wines are usually lower in alcoholic content (6-10%) and are usually dry. Look for sparkling wine bottles with a cap closure.
1 twist
An orange colored citrus fruit. Many types of orange make an appearance in cocktails. The peel and juice are equally valuable to diverse cocktails.
Add 3 cubes of ice to a wine glass. Add the Vergano and top with a natural sparkling wine (recommends Les Capriades Pet’Sec). Garnish with an orange twist. #build #ontherocks
