Place the sugar cube in the bottom of an old fashioned glass. Dash the bitters on the cube, as well as a few drops of water, and muddle. Add ice, applejack, bourbon and stir gently. Use a citrus squeezer to squeeze the juice of an apple slice into the glass. Add an apple slice as garnish. #muddle #build #ontherocks
