Add the peach chunks, orange juice, and lemon juice to drink mixer tin and muddle the peach. Add the remaining ingredients. Fill with 12 ounces of crushed ice and 4 to 6 small “agitator” cubes. Flash blend and double-strain into a double old-fashioned glass filled with cracked or cubed ice. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a peach wedge on the rim of the glass. #muddle #blend #ontherocks
To make the house coconut cream, combine 13.5oz unsweetened coconut milk with 13.5oz rich simple syrup and a pinch of salt. The end result will be similar to Coco Lopez. A modern twist on Trader Vic’s from the 1970s, originally created to celebrate the opening of Vic’s restaurant in Atlanta.
