Also known as kirsch, this is a clear fruit brandy made from double distillation of morello cherries.

'Point and a half' this Italian bittersweet vermouth (chinato vermouth) dates to around 1867 and is simultaneously amongst the bitterest and sweetest of vermouths. It can be used as a substitute for rosso (Italian red) vermouths in most cases, but can also be thought of as an intersting sub for dry vermouth.

An Italian amaro distilled from a secret mix of caramelized sugar, gentian, bitter and sweet orange and natural herbs; 30% ABV. A notable substitute for Amer Picon.
1 dash
A concentrated aromatic bitters made in Trinidad from water, ethanol, gentian and other herbs and spices; used in many classic cocktails like the Manhattan.
1 twist
An orange colored citrus fruit. Many types of orange make an appearance in cocktails. The peel and juice are equally valuable to diverse cocktails.

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with an orange twist. #stir #straight
