A concentrated fruit syrup made from raspberry pulp. Combine 1/2 cup raspberry preserves with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to boil, cool, strain and store. You can add some other spices like cardamom pods or cloves during boiling.

A hybrid citrus fruit originating in Barbados as an accidental cross between two introduced species, sweet orange and pomelo. Like other citrus fruits the grapefruit is popular among cocktails for its peel and juice.
Combine all ingredients with crushed ice and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve up with a grapefruit peel. #shake #straight
