2 oz
A Brazilian spirit made form sugar cane juice (as opposed to cane molasses like rum), similar to rhum agricole. This is the aged or dark variety of Cachaça, aged in differnet types of wooden barrels each lending its own flavor to the spirit.
1.33 oz
A seasoned sauce mainly used for grilled meats in the American South. There are many different types of 'bbq' suace, some with a primarily creamy/mayonnaise component and other with mustard/vinegar.
0.66 oz
The second most common juice used in cocktails. This citrus juice is about 6% acid; 4% from citric and 2% from malic, with small amounts of succinic acid (this is what gives it a little bloody taste). Lime juice should be used the day it is squeezed, some like it freshly squeezed and others like it a few hours old.
4 wedge
A tropical plant with a tart yellow fruit. Most often used in tiki cocktails and fizzes.
1 dash
A smoke infused or flavored liquid used in small amounts to easily impart a smoky flavor. Used in savory cocktails like the Bloody Mary.

Shake all, except liquid smoke, with ice until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Finish with the liquid smoke. Serve with cured meat, half a lime wedge and flambé marrow seasoned with black pepper and salt. #shake #ontherocks
