Pipe Dream

A large berry grown on woody vines known for its bright green flesh (some varieties are orange) and furry brown skin. Kiwi's (or kiwi fruit as known in Australia and New Zealand) have a unique flavor that is sweet but also tart.

A syrup made from the flavoring derived from orchids of the genus Vanilla. you can make it yourself by adding vanilla extract or fresh vanilla pods to simple syrup. We always use 1:1 syrup unless otherwise noted in the recipe itself.

A sweetend and thickend coconut cream, common brand is Coco Lopez. To make your own combine coconut 1 can (~440ml) of cream and with 300g sugar.

The second most common juice used in cocktails. This citrus juice is about 6% acid; 4% from citric and 2% from malic, with small amounts of succinic acid (this is what gives it a little bloody taste). Lime juice should be used the day it is squeezed, some like it freshly squeezed and others like it a few hours old.

Water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved, creating a fizzy texture. We treat soda water, club soda, seltzer and sparkling water the same.
