2 peel
An orange colored citrus fruit. Many types of orange make an appearance in cocktails. The peel and juice are equally valuable to diverse cocktails.
Build the drink in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Flame an orange peel over a dry martini glass. Strain the cocktail into the glass and flame another orange peel on top. Twist the peel and drop it into the drink. #stir #straight
