Elderflower Spritz
2 oz
A wine made from non-colored grape pulp (skin removed), primarily white grapes.
1.5 oz
A popular brand of elderflower liqueur, made with wild elderflowers and based with Eau de vie; 20% ABV.
3 oz
Water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved, creating a fizzy texture. We treat soda water, club soda, seltzer and sparkling water the same.
1 wheel
Small, round, green citrus fruits. Commonly used in many cocktails for its rind or its acidic taste (6% acid total; 4% citric, 2% malic, some succinic acid).
Pour wine and then elderflower liqueur into an ice-filled glass. Top with soda (or champagne), and lightly stir. Garnish with a lime slice. #build #ontherocks
