A brandy produced in the wine-region surrounding Cognac, France. Cognac must be twice distilled and aged for at least two years in French oak.

A refreshing tasting watery vegetable used in some cocktails like the Gin and Tonic. Some people say cucumbers taste better pickled.

Add all ingredients, except the cucumber, to a mixing glass. Using a melon baller, cut a dime-size ball out of the cucumber, add it to the mixing glass. Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a nick and nora glass. Skewer the cucumber ball and garnish. #stir #straight
