0.5 oz
A fruity, rich and sweet vermouth that dates back to 1786. Thought of as a sweet vermouth with added vanilla; great with whiskey. We treat this like sweet vermouth.

An Italian aperitif made of bitter orange, gentian, rhubarb and cinchona with other ingredients. Usually 11% ABV.

A sweetened liqueur made from walnuts. Also called Nocino, an Italian liquuer made form unripe green walnuts; 40% ABV.

Peat is a dried soil from peatlands, bogs, mires, moors and muskegs. In Scotland, peat fires are used to dry the malted barley, giving the whiskey a smoky flavor.
2 dash
An aged bitters made in Peru from 30 various peels, herbs, roots, barks and botanicals. Commonly used in the Pisco Sour.
1 twist
A yellow citrus fruit. The peel is often used as a garnish while the juice incorporated into the drink for a tart flavor profile (citric acid).

Stir all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass. Stain into a rocks glass over one large cube. Garnish with a lemon twist. #stir #ontherocks
