Lebowski Achiever

1.5 oz
A distilled beverage composed primarily of water and ethanol, sometimes with traces of impurities and flavorings. It can be made from grain, potatoes, rice, beans, beets, fruit or even wood; 40% ABV.
1 oz
A dark brown or clear chocolate-flavored liqueur made from the cacao seed. Crème refers to the creamy texture, but actually contains no dairy. Usually 20-25% ABV.
4 oz
A top fermented dark beer made with roasted malts and/or brown malts. These are usually higher ABV (7+) and range from flavors of bread to chocolate, coffee, and cream.
1 oz
The butterfat layer skimmed from the top of milk before homogenization, contains more than 35% milk fat. Also called single/double cream and whipping cream, although these may also add thickening agents making them less useful for mixing in cocktails. This is used as a foaming agent and for fat-washing in cocktails.

Add vodka and crepe de cacao to a mixing glass, stir briefly with ice. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass. Top with the stout, then float the lightly whipped cream on top. #stir #ontherocks

A coffee stout would be a nice choice here.
