A clear, colorless distilled Japanese beverage. It can be made from many things, such as, rice, barley, sweet potatoes, buckwheat, brown sugar, potatoes, chestnuts, sesame seeds and carrots; 25-35% ABV.

A liqueur made from or flavored with pears. Also called Creme de Poire.

A colorless eau de vie brandy that has been flavored with or made from yellow plum. You can make it yourself; Google it!

Peat is a dried soil from peatlands, bogs, mires, moors and muskegs. In Scotland, peat fires are used to dry the malted barley, giving the whiskey a smoky flavor.
1 dash
A bitters made from Seville oranges, cardamom, caraway seed, coriander and burnt sugar.

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a single old-fashioned glass over 1 large ice cube. #stir #ontherocks
