A bitter sweet quinine flavored Barolo based aromatized wine digestif, made with cinchona (china) bark, rhubarb, cardamom, gentian and other spices and botanicals. Similar to a quinquina but more bitter and complex due to the added quinine and Barolo. Different to the chinato vermouth in its deeper digestif flavors and emphasis on quinine.

An amaro made by the founders of Angostura bitters. This secret recipe is distilled in the West Indies and can be described as 'Christmas spice.' 35% ABV.

A naturally-dark and bittersweet product made from roasted, fermented and ground cacao seeds. But you knew that already! Primarily used as a garnish shaved on top of drinks.

Stir over ice until chilled. Strain into a cocktail glass. Serve with salted dark chocolate. #stir #straight
