Perfect 10

1.75 oz
A whiskey distilled from a grain mash that contains at least 51% rye, a grass and member of the wheat tribe 'Triticeae.'
0.33 oz
'Point and a half' this Italian bittersweet vermouth (chinato vermouth) dates to around 1867 and is simultaneously amongst the bitterest and sweetest of vermouths. It can be used as a substitute for rosso (Italian red) vermouths in most cases, but can also be thought of as an intersting sub for dry vermouth.
0.33 oz
A gin liqueur distilled with sloe drupes; small fruits relative to the plum. It is a much lower alcohol percent than dry gin and has a sweeter flavour due to the added sugar.
1 tsp
A herbal bitter liqueur from the Bitter Truth that has notes from sweet vermouths and alpine digestive tonics. A rich dark comfortable amari that makes you want to 'don lederhosen and build an open fire.'
1 twist
An orange colored citrus fruit. Many types of orange make an appearance in cocktails. The peel and juice are equally valuable to diverse cocktails.

Stir all with ice and strain into a chilled coupe. Express the orange twist over the drink and discard. #stir #straight
