1 pinch
Often used to rim a glass for cocktails or made into a solution to add to the liguid itself in order to balance the flavors. Table salt or common salt is a mineral composed primarily of sodium chloride (NaCl), a chemical compound belonging to the larger class of salts; salt in its natural form as a crystalline mineral is known as rock salt or halite.
1 peel
A hybrid citrus fruit originating in Barbados as an accidental cross between two introduced species, sweet orange and pomelo. Like other citrus fruits the grapefruit is popular among cocktails for its peel and juice.

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass without ice until the salt is dissolved. Add ice and stir again, then strain into a chilled coupe. Squeeze the grapefruit twist over the drink, then discard. #stir #straight
