A young mezcal that has not been aged for more than 2 months.
1 tsp
A sweetened liqueur made from elderflowers, a small white starry flower that grows in Europe.
0.5 tsp
An intensely aromatic, super duper bitter amaro from Capelletti with just a slight sweetness from tree sap. Often considered to be the most bitter amaro made.
Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. #stir #straight
