1.5 oz
An Italian bitter aperitif made infusing herbs and fruits in alcohol and water. ABV ranges from 10% to 29% based on country.
1 oz
A citrus juice used in many cocktails, both for its sweet and tart taste and its color. Orange juice, unlike lemon and lime, can be kept fresh for days. In a blind taste test, most people liked day-old orange juice.
0.5 oz
Scotch, is malt whisky or grain whisky made in Scotland. Originally made from malted barley, with the addition of wheat and rye. It must be aged for at least 3 years in oak barrels.
3 dash
A citrus flavored bitters made with grapefruit. Try them in a Gin & Tonic.
2 oz
A traditionally Belgium beer style dating back to the 1700s, where the beer is openly fermented to allows for the accumulation of natural wild yeast instead of the addition of brewers yeast. Modern sour beers do not necessarily follow this fermentation style. However, for our purposes, a beer with a predominately sour taste falls into this category, including kriek and other fruit sours.
1 twist
An orange colored citrus fruit. Many types of orange make an appearance in cocktails. The peel and juice are equally valuable to diverse cocktails.
1 twist
A hybrid citrus fruit originating in Barbados as an accidental cross between two introduced species, sweet orange and pomelo. Like other citrus fruits the grapefruit is popular among cocktails for its peel and juice.

Combine all, except the beer, in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over 1 large cube and top with lambic beer. Garnish with an orange and grapefruit twist. #shake #ontherocks
