0.5 oz
The second most common juice used in cocktails. This citrus juice is about 6% acid; 4% from citric and 2% from malic, with small amounts of succinic acid (this is what gives it a little bloody taste). Lime juice should be used the day it is squeezed, some like it freshly squeezed and others like it a few hours old.
0.25 oz
A brandy based liqueur made with vanilla, citrus and other secret spices. First created in the 15th century as a 'brandy milk.' Bottled at 35% ABV.
0.25 oz
Italian for 'a little bitter,' this sweet, almond-flavored liqueur is made from either apricot pits, almonds or both. It can be drunk by itself, in coffee, or in many mixed drinks.
0.25 oz
One of the oldest amari available, this Italian drink is made with 33 different fruits, herbs and botanicals: 30% ABV.
1 peel
An orange colored citrus fruit. Many types of orange make an appearance in cocktails. The peel and juice are equally valuable to diverse cocktails.
1 leaf
A culinary herb in the mint family.

Combine all, except the Ramazzotti, and shake with ice. Strain into a Hurricane glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with an orange peel and basil leaf. Pour the Ramazzotti on top the drink. #shake #ontherocks

To smoke the Ramazzotti, pour it into a decanter and use a handheld smoking Gunn to fill the decanter with smoke. You can use regular non-smoked Ramazzotti too.
