A yellow citrus fruit. The peel is often used as a garnish while the juice incorporated into the drink for a tart flavor profile (citric acid).

Rinse a coupe glass with Absinthe and chill. Shake all ingredients, except the peel, and strain into the chilled glass. Express a lemon peel, and place it over the rim. #shake #straight
