Rim a highball glass with a lemon wedge. Coat half the rim with chili salt. Shake off the excess and use a napkin to make salt consistent. Fill the highball glass with ice. Add the remaining ingredients except the soda to a shaker with 3 cubes. Shake vigorously. Add 1oz (30ml) of the soda to the tin. Strain into the highball glass. Fill with the remaining soda and garnish with a cucumber slice spiraling inside the rime of the glass. #shake #ontherocks


A lightly savory and refreshing cooler from Julia Reingold. To infuse the agave syrup: Combine 3 diced jalapeños with 250g hot water for 3 minutes. Strain the jalapeños and add the water to 810g agave nectar.
