0.5 oz
One of the best selling Italian amari, made using 40 herbs including vanilla and orange peel; 23% ABV.

A yellow citrus fruit. The peel is often used as a garnish while the juice incorporated into the drink for a tart flavor profile (citric acid).
5 dash
A citrus flavored bitters made with grapefruit. Try them in a Gin & Tonic.
0 grated
A tree bark spice, commonly used as a grated garnish in cocktails, an ingredient in the cocktail, or floating as a whole piece as a garnish.

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass, and garnish with grated cinnamon. #shake #straight
