Aromatic plants used in cocktails as a garnish or muddled into the liquor to add a light fresh taste. Common in the Mint Julep.
Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Whip quickly with a whisk until smooth and uniform. Pour unstrained into a small rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig. #whip #ontherocks
