A concentrated aromatic bitters made in Trinidad from water, ethanol, gentian and other herbs and spices; used in many classic cocktails like the Manhattan.

A yellow citrus fruit. The peel is often used as a garnish while the juice incorporated into the drink for a tart flavor profile (citric acid).

Not the tech giant! A fruit in the rose family most widely known for its juice; allowing it to ferment makes cider, yum!

Stir all the ingredients over ice. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Squeeze a lemon peel over the drink and discard. Garnish with an apple slice. #stir #straight
