0.75 oz
Abbreviated SoCo, this American whiskey-flavored liqueur is actually based with neutral spirits. It is made with fruit, spices and whiskey flavoring.
0.5 oz
Italian for 'a little bitter,' this sweet, almond-flavored liqueur is made from either apricot pits, almonds or both. It can be drunk by itself, in coffee, or in many mixed drinks.
0.5 oz
A gin liqueur distilled with sloe drupes; small fruits relative to the plum. It is a much lower alcohol percent than dry gin and has a sweeter flavour due to the added sugar.
3 oz
A citrus juice used in many cocktails, both for its sweet and tart taste and its color. Orange juice, unlike lemon and lime, can be kept fresh for days. In a blind taste test, most people liked day-old orange juice.
0.25 oz
The most common fruit juice used in cocktails. This citrus juice is about 6% acid; pure citric acid. Lemon juice should be used the day it is squeezed, some like it freshly squeezed and others like it a few hours old.

Stir all the ingredients with ice and strain into a tall ice-filled glass. #stir #ontherocks
