Morning Glory Fizz

Scotch, is malt whisky or grain whisky made in Scotland. Originally made from malted barley, with the addition of wheat and rye. It must be aged for at least 3 years in oak barrels.

The eggs proteins form a 'net' that traps air and liquid extremely well; for this reason, drinks that contain eggs are shaken. They are also used for egg washing, a type of booze washing. Water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved, creating a fizzy texture. We treat soda water, club soda, seltzer and sparkling water the same.

A spice from an evergreen tree commonly called star anise, staranise, star anise seed, Chinese star anise, or badiane that closely resembles anise in flavor. Usually used as a floating garnish.
