Aromatic plants used in cocktails as a garnish or muddled into the liquor to add a light fresh taste. Common in the Mint Julep.

Shake everything, except ginger beer, with ice. Pour unstrained into a double old-fashioned glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with an orange slice and mint sprig. #shake #ontherocks
