An orange colored citrus fruit. Many types of orange make an appearance in cocktails. The peel and juice are equally valuable to diverse cocktails.
1.5 oz
A whiskey made from the mixture of different types of whiskey, such as malt, rye, corn or barley.
0.5 oz
A fruity, rich and sweet vermouth that dates back to 1786. Thought of as a sweet vermouth with added vanilla; great with whiskey. We treat this like sweet vermouth.
3 dash
A French herbal liqueur, with DOM meaning Deo Optimo Maximo, 'To God, most good, most great.' Made with 27 herbs and spices, many unknown.
Rub the rim of a cocktail glass with an orange peel. Shake the other ingredients in a glass with ice. Strain into the cocktail glass and garnish with the orange peel. #shake #straight
